NEPTEC’s New XXL Dispenser

Innovation is one of the goals that we aim to ensure in our work culture in NEPTEC. For us, being passive as well as remaining stagnant is not in our vocabulary. Thus, we find ways to improve our products by adapting and customising them based on the demands of our clients.

In the past few months, our Sales Managers Anna Ressmann and Nico Ressmann attended various online and face-to-face meetings with our local partners as we introduced our HALIOS lab water system series. We at NEPTEC are very delighted to receive positive feedback as well as to welcome points for improvement. One common suggestion from our clients is to have a taller dispenser which can allow more space for bigger water containers.

Upon consultation with our lead Product Manager Sebastian Haese, we have proactively increased the height of our dispenser to 150 millimetres (mm) more considering its initial height of 615 mm. As a direct application, the newly adjusted height of 765 mm allows even 10 L canister to be filled with ultrapure water.
